“I was recently surprised how many collectors didn’t know the Early American 404 was sold like this with #626 lid and wood handle cradle. So here is an info post 
This 404 was sold alone and not in a 4 bowl set , one reason why it isn’t as easy to find as the 401-403 set.
Other 404s that were sold with this cradle and lid are Spring Blossom, Verde square flowers , Hex, and Golden Leaf.”
